Ingredients | 1 1/2 lb Whole Wheat Penne Pasta, Cooked | 1/4 cup Fresh Italian Parsley, Chopped | Tomato Herb Sauce: | 1/2 cup Fresh Basil, Chopped | 1/2 cup Fresh Italian Parsley, Chopped | 6 ea Plum Tomatoes | 1 ea Garlic Cloves, Peeled | 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes | 3/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper | 1/4 tsp Salt | 1 ea Red Onions, Cubed | 1/2 cup Cold Water | 2 Tbsp Canola Oi |
| Preparation | 1. Prepare the pasta. | 2. For the sauce, heat pan and add oil. Sauté the onion, tomato, garlic, basil, red pepper flakes and parsley. Simmer everything together for about 20 minutes.
