Ingredients | 4 each Nectarines, Fresh | 2 cups Beans, Green French, Fresh | 1/4 cup Green Onions, Bunch, Thin Sliced | 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds | 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil | 2 Tbsp Lime Juice, Fresh | 1 Tbsp Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped | 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper | 1-1/2 tsp Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin | 1/4 cup Pistachio Nuts |
| Preparation | 1. Wash and dry nectarines and green beans. Cut the ends off of the green beans. Cut the nectarines in half- remove the pit/seed. Next slice the nectarine into bite sized slices. Set aside. | 2. In a mixing bowl add all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. | Tips & Notes | |
