4 each Nectarines, Fresh
2 cups Beans, Green French, Fresh
1/4 cup Green Onions, Bunch, Thin Sliced
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Lime Juice, Fresh
1 Tbsp Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1-1/2 tsp Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
1/4 cup Pistachio Nuts
Preparation
1. Wash and dry nectarines and green beans. Cut the ends off of the green beans. Cut the nectarines in half- remove the pit/seed. Next slice the nectarine into bite sized slices. Set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl add all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
